These terms apply when you buy an olacompanion from us through this website as a consumer. The subscription service olacare is covered by our subscription terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
1. The product
The olacompanion is a wrist-worn device with an AMOLED touch display (410 × 502 pixels), built-in microphones and speaker, and Wi-Fi. Its AI voice assistant needs a Wi-Fi connection and an active olacare subscription. Images on our website are illustrations until product photos are published.
2. Prices and payment
The watch costs £79.00 (UK) or €92.00 (EU), including VAT. Delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by our payment provider, Stripe, when you place your order.
3. How the contract is formed
When you complete checkout you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse an order (for example if the product is out of stock), in which case we refund you in full.
4. Delivery
We deliver to the United Kingdom and all 27 EU member states. Delivery options, shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Unless agreed otherwise, we deliver within 30 days of the order confirmation. We email tracking details when your order ships.
5. Your right to cancel
You can cancel within 14 days after the day you (or someone you name) receive the watch, without giving a reason. See returns & cancellation for how to cancel and what happens next.
6. If something is wrong
You have legal rights if the watch is faulty or not as described: in the UK under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and in the EU a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years. See guarantee & warranty.
7. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. AI answers
ola's answers are generated by AI and can be inaccurate. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.
9. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at ola@olacompanion.com. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or the EU, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country.
