Your 14-day right to cancel
Under UK and EU distance-selling rules you can cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the watch, without giving any reason. If you cancel before it is delivered, you can simply refuse delivery or tell us.
How to cancel
Tell us clearly before the 14 days end, by email to ola@olacompanion.com with your order number. You may use the model cancellation form below, but you don't have to.
Returning the watch
Send the watch back to us within 14 days after telling us you are cancelling. We will email you the return address. Unless the watch is faulty or not as described, you pay the direct cost of returning it.
Refunds
We refund the price of the watch and the standard delivery cost within 14 days after we receive the watch back (or you provide proof that you sent it, whichever is earlier), using the same payment method. We may reduce the refund if the watch has been handled more than was needed to check what it is and how it works.
olacare
Cancelling the watch order also cancels your olacare subscription. You can cancel olacare on its own at any time from your account — see the subscription terms.
